No, this is the first time I hear about it. Strange thing is that
none of the examples which we tested with VC 7.1 triggered this.

Can you try XSD 3.2.0 and see if you still get the ICE? If so, can
you send a small test case that reproduces the problem so that I can
try to find a workaround?
