No, there is no such support at the moment though we've been entertaining
the idea of building a WSDL compiler on top of XSD along with a SOAP
runtime for some time now. The main concern is whether we will be
able to deliver a high-quality implementation seeing that the "WS"
space is in quite a mess.

Also there hasn't been any serious/commercial interest from the community.
There are requests now and again but nobody seems to be interested enough
to help define the product, beta-test, etc. So if you are interested we
can definitely talk more about this.
