Ok, build2 executables are missing in that listing.

How did you install build2 to H:\? Can you show the exact command
line you ran?

Also, I assume the install batch file finished successfully. Any
chance you can provide its entire output? (Either upload somewhere
and send the link or send it to me as an attachment off-list.)
