Ok, can you try the following for me:

1. Delete C:\build2 and C:\build2-build


2. Follow the instructions on the "Windows with MinGW" section
   to install build2:

   https://build2.org/install.xhtml#windows-mingw


3. Run the following command and send me the output:

   > dir C:\build2\bin
