You mean bundling the entirety of ODB?
That's not how CMake find modules work. They find libraries installed 
into the system or some other location CMake can find it.
Bundling external libraries only leads to a lot of pain maintainance 
wise in the long term, as you are now responsible for keeping them up to 
date as well.
