Do you mean, "am I compiling in release vs debug mode". Then yes, in release mode (Visual Studio 2013/x64) using default options.

If you mean, am I using a release of SQLite, then yes, I downloaded the "official" 3.13.0 "amalgamation" zip file from sqlite.org and used the unmodified sqlite.c from that.
