Try to follow the steps on the Wiki page exactly. That is, don't change
the directory structure, file content or their names, their locations,
etc.

If that works, then you can try to figure out what you've done differently
that caused your problems.

If it doesn't, then please let me know the version of Eclipse/CDT that
you are using so that I can give it a try.
