[odb-users] Mention of version when plugin support was added?

This probably isn't the right place to post this, but the only place I
could find mention that plugin support was added to GCC in 4.5 was in the
4.5 release notes and that was because I knew to look there after seeing it
on this mailing list.

Does someone on here have access to the following sites to make a note of
that so other people looking into that like me can find that info easily:
