[odb-users] libodb-1.2.0 build with MinGW GCC4.7.2 fails

I've updated the autotools toolchain to more recent versions and
that has fixed the issues. I will still need to do more thorough
testing but so far it looks good. If everything goes well, the
upcoming 2.2.0 release (planned for mid-next week) will ship with
these updates and will work with MinGW GCC 4.7.2.
