The odb-announcements mailing list is a low-volume, read-only mailing list for new version announcements.
We provide free, best-effort technical support for ODB via the odb-users mailing list. Simply send an email to this mailing list with the description of a bug or a problem that you have encountered (you can post without subscribing). Please follow the Posting Guidelines to receive a prompt reply. Bugs can also be reported on GitHub (please don't create GitHub issues to ask questions).
We also offer priority support which includes guaranteed response time as well as reasonable commercial effort to fix bugs or to provide work-arounds. Contact us for more information.
