[xsde-announcements] XSD/e 3.1.0 binary for x86-64 GNU/Linux host available

Hi,

We have uploaded the XSD/e 3.1.0 binary package for the x86-64 
GNU/Linux host development platform. It is primarily useful in
cases where your Linux installation is not able to run 32-bit 
executables, for example, because the 32-bit glibc is not
installed.
