[xsd-users] VS2015 support

Hi Lars,

As Bernhard helpfully pointed out, XSD works fine with VC14 (aka Visual
Studio 2015) and a lot of people are using it with this compiler. The
libxsd runtime is header only so you don't need a VC project for it.

Having said that, it is not yet supported "officially" in that there
are no project/solution files for examples (though you should be able
to migrate one of the existing) and it is not listed as a supported
compiler on the project's page. We will, however, "officially" support
it in the upcoming release (along with VC15/VS2017).
