Hi Laurence,

I managed to reproduce (what I believe is) the same problem with
the original GeodesyML project I sent you. After some investigation,
the error is caused by an inclusion cycle that involves type in one
file and element of that type in another. There is also a pretty
easy workaround for this problem: add --generate-forward option.
Can you try it and see if it helps?
