[xsd-users] latest xsd+dep

Hi Boris,

Would you explain how you cook xsd-4.0.0.a13+dep.tar.bz2 from git?
I see, it is almost the same xsd+dep and libcutl, build, libxsd-frontend 
inside, all from git. But I see differences too, some files  missed in 
git (fundamentals.*, options.* etc)
