Guys, this exchange is rapidly becoming off-topic so please take it
off-list.

Peter, seeing that we disagree about what is copyrightable and what
is not, and it doesn't seem we will be able to convince each other
either way, you have to choices:

1. Disregard our copyright claims. We, however, may decide to challenge
   this in a court of law.

2. Do not use XSD.
