Ok, I believe I have fixed this problem. The updated file for libxsd
is available in these archives:

http://www.codesynthesis.com/~boris/tmp/xsd-3.3.0-dom-assignmnet.zip
http://www.codesynthesis.com/~boris/tmp/xsd-3.3.0-dom-assignmnet.tar.gz

Simply overwrite your XSD 3.3.0 installation and rebuild your application.

Thanks for reporting this and let me know if there any problems with
the fix.
