[xsd-users] How to build xsd?

The latest linux source xsd-3.2.0-i686-linux-gnu.tar.bz2 does not seem to
contain any makefiles or config files for building xsd from the source
(although there are makefiles for the examples).  How does one build xsd
from the source?
