Ok, support for customization of type/function names is ready. In
your case, all you will need to do is add '--function-naming java'
to the XSD command line.

This feature will be available in the next version of XSD. In the
meantime, I can build you a pre-release binary. If you would like
that, then let me know which platform(s) you need.
