[xsd-users] build-0.3 problem

Hi All,
I just downloaded and tried to compile xsd-3.0.0 from source from
http://www.codesynthesis.com/download/xsd/3.0/xsd-3.0.0.tar.bz2
When I run 'make' I get the following error:

build/bootstrap.make:8: build-0.3/bootstrap.make: No such file or directory
make: *** No rule to make target `build-0.3/bootstrap.make'.  Stop.

I tried to download buil-0.3 source code and place under the xsd-3.0.0
source tree but didn't solve the probelme.

Could anyone please tell what's the problem may be?
