[xsd-users] Lines truncated in ostream at 132 characters.

It appears that my output of elements to an ostream is truncated at 132
characters/line.
It happens with elements that contain many attributes.

          <gtindicator0100 encoding-scheme="ES_ODD"
nature-of-addr-ind="NA_SUBSCRIBER" numbering-plan="NP_ISDN_TEL"
translation-typ>

Should read:
          <gtindicator0100 encoding-scheme="ES_ODD"
nature-of-addr-ind="NA_SUBSCRIBER" numbering-plan="NP_ISDN_TEL"
translation-type="1">

I am using version: XML Schema Definition Compiler 2.3.1

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
