[xsd-users] Bug: Paths not supported?

Below I have run the xsd.exe on a Windows XP, Professional x64 edition,
Service pack 2.

#1 shows a path to the CheckStatus.xsd file and the program exits with
an error.
#2 shows the same command line but with no path and the program
functions normally.
