[xsd-users] Compiling with Rogue wave

Yes,
I think it does have that. But instead of spending time trying
to figure out why I was getting errors compiling both together using
their standard c++ implementation I thought it would be easier for now
to just compile rogue wave to use native c++. If I find any road blocks
down the road I will come back to this issue again...

Great, thanks for letting us know. BTW, Rogue Wave has released their
standard C++ library implementation as an open source project on Apache:
http://incubator.apache.org/projects/stdcxx.html
I am sure the latest release has all the standard manipulators
supported.
