[xsd-users] can xsd compiled in cygwin environment?

Hi compile xsd depends on build,and build deponds on

 

1 GNU make >= 3.81beta3 

2 GNU bash >= 2.05a

 

Unfortunately, I only can find the latest make version is3.80, is it ok? and my bash is 2.05 b , is it ok?
