[odb-users] Compile odb 2.5.0-b.19

Hi Boris,

can you send me the instructions to build the odb compiler in version
b.19 which was removed
from cppget.org?

I'm currently trying to update my cross-compiled system to b.21 but I'm
facing some weird issues
(that are most likely related to something in my project), but I really
need a working build asap.
So for the time being I think it would be simpler for me to keep my
versions of the support libraries
and compile the odb compiler in a version that matches.
