[odb-users] Upcoming Repository Certificate Replacement on cppget.org

The cppget.org (and stage.build2.org) repository certificates will
be replaced with renewed versions on Tue the 9th of Mar 2021 at
12pm UTC. If you are getting ODB via build2 packages[1], then you
may need to make changes to your setup if you pass the repository
certificate fingerprint to trust, for example, in an automated
script that builds ODB (or build2 itself). For details, see:
