There seems to be some mismatch between what you are building and libpq
you are trying to link.

Try the latest pre-release of ODB per these instructions:

https://codesynthesis.com/products/odb/doc/install-build2.xhtml

This will build you a packaged version of libpq from source in
the same build configuration as libodb-pgsql.
