[odb-users] Generating files: options.cxx (.hxx, .ixx) during build

Hi. I'm trying to understand some of the nuances of the building odb (https://git.codesynthesis.com/cgit/odb/odb/)

There are autogenerated files in Git repo:

odb/options.cxx
odb/options.hxx
odb/options.ixx

Is it necessary to regenerate them every time via CLI during building? Or I can use already generated from repository?
