[odb-users] Compiling ODB and others from source

Hi,

I am trying to compile ODB from the source.
I fetched the code from:

http://scm.codesynthesis.com/?s=odb/

but when i run ./bootstrap i get an error:

configure.ac:12: error: possibly undefined macro: m4_equote

now i found somewhere its better not to use ./bootstrap and
use the configure from the repository.

However the configure file was not in git.

Can you tell me where to fetch it? or am i missing something.
