[odb-users] qt5 solution for VS2013

I'm writing just to mention that the solution file libodb-qt5-vc12.sln has
a reference to the vc11 project. I've changed locally this reference and
everything went ok since the generated files contain the vc12 suffix
(odb-qt5-2.4-vc12.dll, etc.)

Thanks to all the codesynthesis team for this wonderful library
