[odb-users] ODB compiler source 2.2.1 bugfix released

Hi,
A new bugfix release for the ODB compiler source package is now
available. It fixes an issue with the libintl.h header when used
together with GCC that was configured with --disable-nls.
You only need to upgrade if (1) you are trying to build the ODB
compiler from source code yourself (as opposed to using a binary
package) and (2) you are experiencing errors pointing to libintl.h.
