Note that besides installing the ODB compiler, you will also need
to build and install new runtime libraries (libodb, etc).

The documentation for the new on_delete pragma can be found in Section
14.4.15, "on_delete" in the ODB manual that comes with the ODB compiler
(installed into /usr/share/doc/odb/).
