[odb-users] internal compiler error in pointer-traits.hxx

Can you try to compile each header file in odb_obj_headers individually
and see which one causes the ODB compiler to crash. If you could then
send this file to me (you can send it off-list if you want to keep it
private), then I could try to figure out what's wrong.
