Hi Scott,

I did some digging and it appears that OpenSUSE builds its GCC with
plugins disabled (unlike all other major distributions). And ODB needs
this support. I also see that other people ran into the same issue with
other tools. So I've filed a bug report:

In the meantime, using the pre-built version of ODB seems like the
easiest option on OpenSUSE.
