You need to add ..ODB\libodb-sqlite-1.8.0\bin (and ..ODB\libodb-1.8.0\bin)
to the PATH environment variable (Control Panel->System->Advanced->
Environment Variables, look in the System Variables list). Also don't
forget to log off and then log in again for the changes to take effect.
