[odb-users] read-only fields

Hello.

Please can you tell me will be ODB to support read-only fields?
We have a need to download some object from the database, then it is
quite a long while in the program memory and then written up in the
database. Object contains one field that it does not change, only
read. And for a while object cached in memory the program is changing
the field in the database. Accordingly, when the object is written
back into the database it erases the external changes.
