[odb-announcements] libodb-pgsql 2.3.1 bugfix released

Hi,

A new bugfix release for the PostgreSQL ODB runtime library (libodb-pgsql)
is now available. It adds a missing include file that affected compilation
of generated files that contain only views. For more details on this issue,
