[odb-announcements] libodb-sqlite 2.2.2 bugfix released

Hi,

New bugfix release for the SQLite ODB runtime library (libodb-sqlite)
is now available. It fixes an incorrect export macro in the 
forced_rollback exception. This bug only affects Windows builds.
