[odb-announcements] ODB compiler Windows binary 2.2.1 bugfix released

Hi,

A new bugfix release for the ODB compiler Windows binary is now
available. It fixes an issue with shell globbing (that is, the
expansion of * and ? in file names) when invoked from the Windows
command prompt.

You only need to upgrade if you are using shell wildcards to specify
input files to the ODB compiler. For more information on this issue,
