[xsde-users] missing deployment procedure ?

Hi all,

xsde looks really helpful but I find it rather hard to install it properly.
=> Is there any "make install" rules or equivalent ?
I looked across the makefiles and found none.
=> At least, is there a list of the header files which should be copied 
into usr/local/include ?
Looking at the huge work that was done with xsde, this is a pity that 
this final step is missing ...

Any idea, link, or advice is welcome.
