[libcutl-users] Building libcutl against external boost

Hello,

libcutl-1.5.0 introduced a bundled piece of code from boost. Bundling
libraries like that is a bad coding practice. To be honest, libcutl
right now occupies the same amount of space as libboost_regex which is
basically a horrible one.

Would you be interested in providing users with an ability to build
libcutl against external boost library?
